How do I contact AI???
Hello,
I need help contacting Air India regarding a simple ticketing issue. Calling the general 800 line gets me to an agent who tells me that I have to contact the airport authority. So I call all of the airports in the US but to no avail. What am I doing wrong? How do I get in contact with someone?

What is the issue? And when you call the airport office they cant solve your problem?
Calling any other help number will connect you to the same call center. You should HUACA if you feel that might get you a different result. You can also call a local office by Googling their number.

I was booked in a PNR with other passengers. I needed to seperate to be in my own PNR. Air India gave me a new PNR but it doesn't exist. I call and they tell me to go to the ticket counter. I don't understand why they can't provide me with a PNR over the phone.

Never done this with AI however I don't see why the phone staff can't do it. I'd suggest you HUACA unless others with real experience suggest otherwise.

i've done something similar before on a number of occasions....i'm often booked with other passengers & then need to either cancel a passenger's ticket or change the flight times for one of them....each time ai has managed to separate the reservation & given me the new pnr....i've never been told to contact the airport or go to the ticketing counter....
