Strange Air India Email
I received the following email a week ago and I am still scratching my head. First, I am not a "Mr." Second, the response is to an email that I sent to Flying Returns on September 30, 2014.
I checked my United account and I still don't see any credited miles!
Dear Mr. XXX,
With reference to your email, we wish to inform you that the miles has been credited in your United Airline frequent flyer programme.
Hence we request you to kindly contact concerned authority of United Airlines.

ai does this from time to time....i once received an email from ai that was clearly meant for someone else....it was even addressed to the other person....
also, one time ai cancelled my flight & refunded me the miles minus 500 miles that they charged as a penalty....i wrote to them to refund that as well since it was them that cancelled the flight in the first place....i received a response from them 10 months later....
