ai does this from time to time....i once received an email from ai that was clearly meant for someone else....it was even addressed to the other person....

also, one time ai cancelled my flight & refunded me the miles minus 500 miles that they charged as a penalty....i wrote to them to refund that as well since it was them that cancelled the flight in the first place....i received a response from them 10 months later....
