Jet Interline Query
I am Platinum member with Jet and have recently booked a ticket and undertook travel with Jetairways on BOM-RGN Sector via BKK. Since Jet doesn't travel to RGN, they booked me on Bangkok Airways (their interline partner) for BKK-RGN-BKK sector. All the sectors were originally booked on a single Jet Pnr, while even the BKK Airways had generated their own pnr for all the sectors.
Now while coming back to Mumbai, my RGN-BKK flight was delayed due to which Jet flew without me and Bangkok Airways arranged a seat for me on their own BKK-BOM flight (PG-733) by delaying it over 1 hour on 29/12/15 (Quite nice of them). Now I need clarity on following two things:
1. My luggage was not transferred to my flight at BKK and hence I am without my luggage in Mumbai. Although I have filed a claim at airport with Bangkok Airways; can I still make Jet a party to the issue and ask them to follow up with PG, since my original booking is with them.
2. I was categorically told by Jet that since the BKK-RGN-BKK sector is not codeshared, they wont give me miles for this sector. But, can I claim Jpmiles for my travel on BKK-BOM sector which was eventually undertaken on a PG flight with no codesahre marking on my Boarding Pass?
Can Jet deny me any assistance and excuse themselves, by claiming that I traveled on PG Pnr with PG itself.
Since Jet customer care is not known to be too friendly, I need comments from people here so that I am well prepared before talking to them.

You claim missing baggage on arrival with the airline that got you to your final destination. 9W should give you original routing credit since it was an involuntary reroute.

My baggage has been delivered to me at home by pg after 2 days. I had contacted 9W, who said they wont be able to help in baggage matter.
I have still not git the miles for the bkk-bom sector. Will update the thread by monday regarding the miles accrual.

Update
Since I did not get auto credit of miles, I talked with Jet call center and as usual they were unable to sort out the issue and have said they can't update the miles on BKK-BOM sector as the original PNR shows that the travel was rescheduled and new travel was not undertaken with JET.
I have written an email now and they have asked for a standard 14 working days for solution. Will update further as soon as I receive any communication from Jet.

After lots of follow ups jet continues to reject my claim for bkk to bom sector. I tried explaining that bkk to bom sector was originally on 9w but they have still refused it. I have raised the matter to appellate. Will update soon after their reply.
