The last time I booked with points was in Jan 20. It was through the old interface. Did you book your last miles tickets on the old interface or the new one? Maybe they've mucked up while migrating to the new one which looks similar to the new revenue ticket interface.

I am getting the same error message and sometimes the portal is showing me some revenue ticket options. Also the airports listed are on AI routes not all *A routes like it used to. Looks like the FFP booking is broken.

Good that they've moved to the new interface. The Upgrade *A with FR points isn't working either... only allowing you to select AI flights.... I don't have any rev flights ticketed with them right now... So I can't check if it's actually allowing you to upgrade.

the interface is back online now....tried searching for a ticket yesterday & was able to do so....the frequent flyer department however is not back to work it seems....called them this morning to get some clarity on a ticket & the calls are still being directed to the revenue ticketing department who have no knowledge of flying returns....

On a different note, does anybody know if Flying Returns and Club Vistara will merge? I have a bunch of points sitting in both. What is the precedent with airline takeovers/mergers globally?

Wondering if anyone has had any luck in redeeming Air India miles for an award ticket to either DXB or MEL. Been looking for the last few months and there seems to never be any award availability on the flights to DXB & MEL.

I've used miles for award tickets to DXB a number of times. My most recent flight was a couple of months ago in December. I also have another flight booked for March.

I searched around late Jan for travel dates in Feb to no avail and even now looking for travel in March is turning a blank.

MEL is a difficult route to find even revenue tickets at short notice so I think redemptions are a distant dream...
