OTP remains valid only for 10 minutes. Also, if the same email / mobile number has been registered with AI-FR for your family member's account, this will need to be changed to a unique email id / mobile number. No 2 FFP accounts can have the same contact info.


On a side note, the earning ratios have taken a massive beating..! :(

this is getting pretty annoying....the otp option is still not working & now i need to redeem miles for a flight early next week....calling ai is such a pain....not that i expect them to but i hope they sort this mess out quickly....

After trying for 3 days, I finally managed to get both mobile/email OTPs and finish the registration process. Uploaded copies of ID/Address proof. Now I get an email that I have to submit KYC documents and I should call up the helpline. Has anyone completed this KYC process?

no such luck here....it just won't send the otp to either the mobile number or email....calling them also does not help since no one picks up....yesterday the call would get disconnected after a couple of rings & today the call gets picked up but you just hear music at the other end & then it disconnects after a while....i need to redeem a ticket for monday & there is no way to do that now....

I didn't receive OTP on Indian SIM, I added an alternate number and received the OTP promptly.
Email went into the Junk on the first attempt.

Can you attempt redemption at the City / airport office?

so unless your KYC is completed and "verified" no ticket redemption possible. Alongside, i was at the AI mumbai office today, there was a PSU employee sitting there since morning and AI FFP could not figure out for their life why he could not log into his account.

i checked my junk folder....nothing there as well....

It does not ask me for KYC but redemption window errors out with "try again shortly"
