AI "needs revalidation or exchange" ticket status?

I have flown to CDG on AI 143 - and have a return set for tomorrow on AI 142.

Now when I look up my PNR on the AI website, I see an e ticket number but I also see "(needs revalidation or exchange)" in the status.

Something like the old "call them to confirm your reservation or your PNR will get dropped" thing?

What is the workaround?

No, it means the ticket and the reservation are not in synch and you may have problems checking in. I would call AI and ask them to try an automatic revalidation, its just a few keystrokes in their system.

That'd be because I got an email from them with a change in flight time (departure remains the same but it arrives an hour later in Chennai - possibly a reschedule of the DEL-MAA leg which is on a 320 after a 787 on CDG-DEL). I called their CDG call center and the person there couldn't see anything wrong with the PNR though the AI website displays that status.
