HDFC Bank JetPrivilege World Debit Card

So this was not a figment of imagination. Jet and HDFC have finally launched a debit card after 1 year of announcing it. While not very rich to earn miles, but 2 JP miles for rs. 150 of spend, and 4 for spending at the JEt Airways website.

Interesting features: Purchase protection, lounge access, 3K miles on enrollment and 2k on renewal

Fees: 1K rs. per annum. Free for jet plats, HDFC Imperia and Preferred customers.

more details here: http://boardingarea.com/livefromalou...ed-debit-card/

Are you gonna pick it up?

the 750 INR voucher + 5% discount at 9W.com + lounge access + bonus miles seem to make it worthwhile

I think it's pretty cool considering most debit cards give you virtually no added features or reward point offers..

You can surely exchange it for the JP World Debit Card. The new card may possibly have the same # as ur existing DC, depending on your A/c type & card issuer.

I doubt that as I have Visa debit card. It would be cool if they issue another one without hassle of discarding the older one.

Can NRI's apply for this card? Or is it for Indian residents only?
