Cant comment on all the stat's as I dont have them. But for the above point of padding between flights and airtime.. there is another factor to keep in mind. to my knowledge, 6E does not follow a hub-spoke model. They fly point to point. As such some of their routings of the previous sector might be long routings.. MX and re-fueling takes longer if previous sector has been long.

Also, all the aircraft's have a fixed number of cabin de-press and re-press cycle's they can go through before heading for their C check's.. it could be purely a case of clever scheduling to ensure efficient use of service time..
