Indigo check-in in Dubai

Anyone know if you can check-in at the departure gate? Will there be someone there more than 75 min ahead of time (6E's cutoff time)? I'll be in transit from the US to take the DXB-HYD flight and don't want the hassle of going thru Immigration into the main departure hall!

Thanks Keyser. I rarely travel w/checked bags and won't have them this time. Anyway, heard back from Indigo customer service, and you CANNOT check in within the transit area. So, I guess EK will get my business instead, even though the flight time is less convenient.

OK, will this now work?

And today I get an email from a more knowledgeable (perhaps?) agent who tells me that Indigo has reps at the transfer desks in Terminal 1. Anyone else done this before?

If checking in is he only issue you could do a web check in. Assuming you have no bags, it could kind of work out, but also depends on your origination station agent allowing you to go to Dubai without a visa.

Hello everyone!

Have two independent flights: flight to Dubai with ukranian airlines and then have a flight from Dubai (DXB) to Dehli with Indigo airlines. I don't want to go through immigration and will have only hand luggage.

So I have the same question- is it possible now to get boarding pass and be registered at transfer desk in tranzit zone (not going through immigration)?

On the web-site of Indigo is written, that I can't register online for the flights from Dubai.
