I too except once in September have never been asked to get the web printed bp stamped at Kolkata. At Delhi and mumbai, it is mandatory to get that stamped. Moreover, the web check IN counter at Delhi is a joke. It is almost everytime queued with people not having a home printed bp.

This didn't seem to be the case this week either at DEL or BOM.
