9W WEB-CHECK IN Bonus warning
Fellow FTer's,
FYI - 9W webcheck-in bonus has not been crediting automatically for over a month now. Spoke to someone sensible at JPSC on the Plat line and understand that they have a serious system fault which is taking long to repair.
So if you do a web-check in, you have to call every time the flight posts to add the web-check in bonus of 250 miles manually. Please keep this in mind going forward.
I will be sure to update the post once bonuses are back to crediting automatically.

Same here.. Though strangely my DEL-GOI flight on Sat had the web check in miles credited automatically..

If your upgrade is confirmed before check-in- d class - then you can't web-check in. If you get upgraded at the airport using vouchers, then you get the bonus, but yes you have to call to add it manually, often you have to even get the flight added manually, although off late every now and then the flight does get added.

FYI - My last three flights from Dec 6, 10 and 11 have posted correctly with Web-check in bonus automatically done.
