9W WEB-CHECK IN Bonus warning

FYI - 9W webcheck-in bonus has not been crediting automatically for over a month now. Spoke to someone sensible at JPSC on the Plat line and understand that they have a serious system fault which is taking long to repair.
So if you do a web-check in, you have to call every time the flight posts to add the web-check in bonus of 250 miles manually. Please keep this in mind going forward.
I will be sure to update the post once bonuses are back to crediting automatically.

have been having problems with the web check-in bonus as well....hopefully they should be able to fix it soon....

was told it was a major system glitch and would take more than a month to fix

I know - I usually now wait for 4-5 flights to accumulate and then give them a call with a list of bonuses that are due. The JPSC plat line is quite helpful though in getting them added.

Same here.. Though strangely my DEL-GOI flight on Sat had the web check in miles credited automatically..

Myabe there is hope they'll get it fixed - I had Sunday flights post but no web-check in bonus

My issue is that miles don't post when you are upgraded, either an op up (as rare as the Yeti) or if using an upgrade voucher. You need to call to post them manually.

:pIf your upgrade is confirmed before check-in- d class - then you can't web-check in. If you get upgraded at the airport using vouchers, then you get the bonus, but yes you have to call to add it manually, often you have to even get the flight added manually, although off late every now and then the flight does get added.

FYI - My last three flights from Dec 6, 10 and 11 have posted correctly with Web-check in bonus automatically done.

Same here.. My 28/30 Nov and 8/9 Dec flights both posted fine. Looks like they've fixed the issue.. Touchwood!
