Even I have a booking for a flight within the next week and have been trying for the last 2 months to get a second seat confirmed through miles and the agent told me two days back that even though I was the only one with a seat in the First cabin the second upgrade had no chance of clearing as they don't allocate First rewards anymore aside from some very dead flights.
If the flight is going empty then why not!!!

things are bad....personally i'm not affected since i know the people higher up at jet....but that doesn't change the fact that things are bad....
there might be a way to get around it....if we can get 30-40 people to sign a petition stating how much business they give jet & how disappointed they are with the current situation then i can personally make sure it gets to naresh goel....

NG also hid in the cockpit when his allocated seat was in front of me and an office area neighbor who flies to/from DEL like almost every 2-3 days in C...he managed to grab him and give him some feedback - maybe that's why he ran and hid!
