Lol.. in that case you are correct.. they are 3rd best...

But my illusion with 9W redemption's is fast dissipating.. A one way tkt from HYD to CCU on Jet Konnect is available for 27000 miles.. are your F*****G kidding me.. and there are no seats on a BLR CCU or CCU BLR even one month in advance.. that's just ridiculous..

9w redemption seat availability is probably the worst out of any airline in the world....

Surprisingly, this is the first time I have had issue with 9W redemption.. most often than not, I get my required sector and date, within a 1-2 day margin.. but this was a complete shock.. 27000 for a CCU-HYD..!! comeon.. that’s just a rip off.. and to top it off, they have only 1 seat for redemption in a period of 1 week.. so my sis can’t get a seat with her 5 year old, assuming I did want to pay 27000 miles for a single person..

actually, i'm going to take my statement back....the correct statement should read '9w is the worst airline in the world when it comes to redemption seats in business & first class'....

Interestingly, the only carrier I would consider rating higher than AI is SG...

My ratings would be: AI, SG, 6E, 9W, IT, in that order.

AI is far and away the top full service carrier.

Edit: FWIW, I am also a parantha person, compared to dosas. I haven't been served any paranthas on AI sadly, so that's why I didn't use it as the example.

It's not often that someone from IXE makes a statement like yours. ;)

He just wants to fit in to the "Airlines of North India / Punjab" dominated forum. :D ;)

Lol. He's becoming a spy. Trying to blend in with the enemies. Once he gains their trust, he'll convince them of AI's greatness.

I'm 1/2 and 1/2 - my mum's family is from up North, my dad's from IXE. Since my mum did the cooking when I was little, I'm more attracted to North Indian cooking. However, if I said that I prefer paranthas over dosas in front of my dad's side of the family, I'd probably be disowned :D.

I thought I had already convinced you of AI's greatness :(. Perhaps I will need to start thinking up such elaborate plans.

I just wrote this massive paragraph on AI's Dosas, and you still haven't seen the light yet? http://th622.photobucket.com/albums/...-head-wall.gif

The day you understand that the only correct way to rate FSCs is by quality of Dosas, the day you will understand that AI is the best airline in the world, forget India.

Couldn't agree more. They're screwing over both passengers and themselves. And happily watching folks jump ship to the competition.
