Booked Business Class - but one leg in Eco ?!

Booked Business Class - but one leg in Eco ?!
I bought a C ticket on iberia.com

BOG-MAD-ZRH

but for the leg MAD-ZRH I can only chose Eco seats in "Manage my booking"
During booking proces I could nowhere see that this leg is in ECO ?!

Fare on eticket for both flights: ION4NOM3F/DF

Hi,

I did a dummy booking and confirmed that it should be business the whole way.... unfortunately it looks as though you'll have to call - or maybe try Twitter.
