- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Their press releases stated "[t]he promotion is available when the tickets are bought on iberia.com in the following countries: Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Russia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico and USA, regardless of the origin of the flight."

Sorry, but this is just wrong information. They've had CAPTCHA for years, if you trigger their threshold for searches, you get the CAPTCHA check. Please post valid and validated information, thanks.
Even though it's been 10 days, I try to think that they did not expect this volume which can cause some delays, however we know that today (10 days after) they are making actions (whether processing to everyone or really blocking accounts).. They even added a CAPTCHA when searching for award flights (thinking of the huge traffic when they post the Avios).
Multiple Iberia employees said different things. Making assumptions and spreading this like it's true is not going to help anyone..

You can paste in your signature. Then just print it using a PDF printer to make sure it's not editable.

What are you talking about? It's obvious that the instant points post, all availability will be gone, on all OW airlines. Sources are even saying that air berlin, bmi, Northwest, and Continential may return, since added capacity will be required.
