Booked 10x SDR-MAD on separate days and see the bookings in my acct. No number associated to them unfortunately. Called and they said it takes 3 days to process a new acct but that they would take down my rez numbers and associate it when they could. Mentioned they've had lots of calls about the same thing.

Dunno fingers crossed.

Maybe this is just a very complicated way for IT to convince management to invest in new firewalls.

I would just call. It takes 5 mins, and then they can confirm it's been done. I got through really quick at 800-772-4642. Remember this is on Madrid time too, so the 24th in in a few hours, in US time zones.

Even if they had a reasonable IT system, probably would have collapsed. Having a crap one just imploded sooner.
