Everything's Zero :)

After running in & out of my local Hyatt since the first week of Nov, several vacations, and watching my account like a hawk to get to my 25 stays (& I almost made it on nights too ^) MY STAYS & NIGHTS ARE AT ZERO again. Yes, I know, we have to do it every year, and this year, I'm going to do it ALL year long instead of in 2 months, but still, it's tough to see them all gone today .

Anyone else feel the same?

I just checked into a Hyatt right now, so no, since I will shortly no longer be at zero.

I hope the Hyatt Bangkok gives you a Diamond welcome amenity. The last time I was there, I asked for one and they didn't know what I was talking about. However, I was prepared this time and showed them the Diamond terms and conditions. They copied the terms and conditions, but they didn't give me an amenity. So, if you get one, ask for another one for me. Thanks.

Don't know if this constitutes a Diamond "amenity," but I received a key ring with the hotel with my welcome letter.
