Hyatt Regency Sofia versus Dot Sofia

I was curious if anyone has ever stayed at either Hyatt Regency Sofia or Dot Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria? Is the Regency worth an extra 50€ a night? For anyone that has stayed at Dot Sofia, any preference or suggestions regarding the rooms?
