Weird privacy message from my concierge
Haven't spoken to my concierge in a couple of months but suddenly just got this, very vague... wonder if someone is trying to pretend to be me?

I would indeed assume that somebody was pretending to be me. And would reply to my Concierge accordingly...
If it's an honest mistake then you'll find out fairly quickly.

I realize this is quite a bit of speculation on my part, but I can't help thinking that it might be possible that a malicious actor reached out to Carolina2Cali's concierge, pretending to be them, and trying to change the account information to steal the WoH account to steal the points or certs.
I know that cybercrime is on the rise, and hotel loyalty programs have been targeted...

Ok, I'll bite. Wouldn't it be easier for the OP to just directly call their Concierge and confirm what's up rather than speculating with a bunch of anonymous folks on the internet?
