Weird privacy message from my concierge

Haven't spoken to my concierge in a couple of months but suddenly just got this, very vague... wonder if someone is trying to pretend to be me?

Good afternoon Daniel,

Thank you for contacting Hyatt; I appreciate the opportunity to assist you. Your privacy and security are very important to us. Due to the nature and sensitivity of your request, I will be escalating this onto our Privacy team to assist you further. You will be contacted within 72 hours to confirm additional details regarding this matter.

We look forward to your future stays at Hyatt.

Best regards,
JL (full name was here but I redacted)

If you did not initiate the request, then most likely he sent to you in error..

What private information was disclosed to Daniel and how could it be abused if the email was meant for someone else?

Id probably respond and let the concierge know that I didnt have any requests recently.

I would be more concerned if your account has been breached. Might be nothing but I would definitely respond.

I would indeed assume that somebody was pretending to be me. And would reply to my Concierge accordingly...

If it's an honest mistake then you'll find out fairly quickly.

I realize this is quite a bit of speculation on my part, but I can't help thinking that it might be possible that a malicious actor reached out to Carolina2Cali's concierge, pretending to be them, and trying to change the account information to steal the WoH account to steal the points or certs.

I know that cybercrime is on the rise, and hotel loyalty programs have been targeted...

Ok, I'll bite. Wouldn't it be easier for the OP to just directly call their Concierge and confirm what's up rather than speculating with a bunch of anonymous folks on the internet?
