If you’re going to commute in from Kyoto, the Hyatt Place would probably be easier as I believe it’s closer to the rail lines you need for Osaka - but for only 2 days, just pick one of the other chains in Osaka. Marriott has a bunch of options from luxury to limited service.

It’s listed as a category 1 in Hyatt’s catalog so not a typo. May do the last minute switch like HH Shibuya did from category 3 —> 4 right before bookings opened though.

It could definitely change, the Hyatt House Shibuya was initially listed as a category 3 but changed to 4 when reservations opened. But category 1 would definitely be an awesome deal!
