Hotel Has No Wifi For 24+ Hours
Hello,
At what point is it appropriate to ask for compensation or for the hotel to purchase day passes at a local coworking space?
We are currently working from a Cat 3 Hyatt Place in the US that has had no wifi for 24+ hours. It is affecting our ability to work remotely. The situation has not been resolved as of yet.
