Upgrading Hyatt Zilara
If I book a suite using Hyatt points and then want to upgrade with cash, can I call the Hotel and get this done. This would be at Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana. Am interested in upgrading from a jr suite to a premium suite with butler and club .
