They just pushed an update on Android that fixed an issue of crashing..may include this issue fix as well?

This issue has happened to me on several of the updates this past year. For the past few months, I've also been dealing with frequent session log-outs on the app - very annoying.

Same issue on my Iphone. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Fixed it for now.

That happens to me after almost every update of the app. Just delete and download it but that shouldn’t be the way…

This worked for me.

Tried signing out and then signing back in, did not work.
Reinstalling fixed the issue!

iOS, my stays disappeared as well. Reinstall and seems to be working.

Another Situation… did the trick of re-installing on my iPad.
now the App does not work at all. Just keeps on loading the reservations….

Have you tried clearing your browser stuff, deleting the app, hard rebooting the phone, and then doing the app reinstall?

One interesting thing is the app shows it when something is cancelled in the front desk system at the hotel, and not sync'ed to the general system. Because at one hotel the front desk helped me cancel a stay, it disappeared in my app but stayed in my account when logged in on the website (and didn't refund the points).

Thank you for this thread, I had the same problem which I hadn't noticed. Simply deleting and then (re)installing the app worked well (didn't delete browsing history, clear cookies, reboot, etc.).

Hyatt pushed out a new version of the iOS app out today. To fix some bugs of course.

Is it only me? On the iOS app (on iPad) I cannot click the „arrow“ to show the price breakdown. It works perfectly fine on my Android phone.
