How are you all seeing rates in the $20 to $50 range? I need to go next month and see $165 per night :-o

Hi -

Remember that Globalists do not pay the resort fee. Also Friday and Saturday the rate jumps up quite a bit.

Question has already been answered by WOH representative upthread, you will need to use a GOH award for 3 rooms.

I assumed you have never been to Vegas, as it is typical for rates in Vegas but not limited to Rio, ALL properties charge over $100/night even for Excalibur and Luxor if you look to stay Friday or Saturday night, $20-$50 range will only exist Sunday thru Thursday nights. Also, Vegas being one of the three major convention cities in US, when you see high weekday rates, then there is one or multiple large conventions in town, when I say large conventions, it is between 50,000-100,000 attendees.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say they “need” to go to Rio.

April is definitely a busier month with many areas having Spring Breaks.

They do have to go, not sure if Globs get it to go. Also, you have to order in person. We dined there earlier this week and it took about an hour to get our meal…

Make sure to look on weekdays as weekends are way more expensive. Also, I booked a stay for this weekend and the price went up the day after to $120, but dropped again to $70. So long story short keep checking prices to see if they fluctuate.

It is about weekdays vs weekends NOT about April, as if you look at the April rate calendar, you can clearly see many $20-50 rate available but ONLY for Sunday Thur Thursday nights

I’ll be back in town for Google Cloud Next and while staying at the Trump (Timeshare was only $300 for the week) but was able to snag a block of 3 $20 nights

There are rates right now for $60'ish but that includes the $40 resort fee which is waived for globalists.
I am looking at June when its nett $80 after resort fee is removed

These super low rates will not last

“nett $20 fares”?

I think you mean $20 Net Room Rates, a net fare would be used to describe something like a taxi ride or bus ticket.

Also, June is traditionally a much busier time for Vegas so making your comparison doesn’t make sense.
