My bad. Of my many faults, reading carelessly has always been amongst them. But, it would sure would be neat to know a 17 Million miler. I'm sure there must a few?

I talked and accepted the EXP status on Friday Dec 13th afternoon. Am I the only one from that day that hasnt received the status change?

I accepted mine on Wed 12/11 and, as of this morning (Sun 12/22), have not yet seen my status update. Who knows what kind of processing schedule they are on.

Yup, I’m with other data points. Given ExPlat by concierge in Wed 12/10, came sometime in the last few hours today.

Got the call on 12/9 and was upgraded today, so nearly exactly the two week lag time that was discussed.
AA will get my international business next year due to this gift, and likely some domestic segments too. Southwest simply flies where I need to go with non-stops and high frequency so I will need to requalify there too.
My best AA story: I was seated across the aisle from Kim Peek and his father randomly CMH-ORD. They had just completed a speaking engagement in Ohio and were on their way back to Utah. Kim (RIP) was the inspiration for the movie Rain Man (see Wikipedia). They had their “most loved Oscar” statue with them and had the entire forward cabin captivated with their stories, Kim’s mental abilities, etc. It was a privilege to meet them if only for one morning.
