Which Hyatt lounges have proper champagne?

The GH Tokyo lounge offering is certainly strong.
Not technically a club lounge, but the GH Fukuoka gives Globalists free entry to Bar Fizz with free flow of Champagne each evening. Champagne rotated nightly between NV Feuillatte, Rothschild, and Taittinger plus a very drinkable Chandon (Australia) Brut Rosé and large cocktail selection. Nice views of the water fountain too and solid selection of canapés at the buffet. Reminded me bit of Globalist Twilight Time at the PH Tokyo before that went away.
