Zip code auto-update causes "change to account" email
I just got an email that changes had been made to my WoH account and I should call them if I hadn't requested any changes.
I hadn't requested anything so I called. It turns out that the system auto-updated my zip code (removed the last 4, for some reason) and that generated the email.
This all seems strange, but, whatever....
