9 out of 14 is pretty good. The thread on suite upgrades listed above is showing pretty good odds as well.
I recall the heated rants from many on this topic saying its just another way for Hyatt to game the program because of how the t's & c's allow for the decision to be made by each individual hotel...."The best room available, including standard suites, will be determined by the applicable hotel or resort in its sole discretion and may vary from stay-to-stay."
My experience has been better than 50% upgrades this year so I consider this benefit a big plus over the previous loyalty program where I rarely received a complimentary suite upgrade as a Diamond.
I set my expectations low and I don't expect the upgrade but so far, I have been very pleased. I hope Hyatt keeps this benefit for next year.

The TSU availability has been excellent this year, including for my upcoming stay on points at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome ^
I'm pleased with WoH so far, and while it's far from perfect, the 20-nights to Globalist promo caused me to move some nights to requalify for 2018.
