Please build one in Osaka, existing HR is way toooooo far away from the city centre.

Tokyo right now has four Hyatt (counting upcoming Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo will be 5)

I actually recently chose a Le Meridien over a Hyatt Regency for a stay in Cambridge because the Hyatt in Cambridge was too far away from the parts of Cambridge that matter.

Something, anything, on the US Gulf Coast. Virtually nothing exists today between New Orleans and Tampa.

Of course that'll never happen, even if Hyatt greatly expands contracts with hotels that are essentially unbranded (like Hotel du Louvre).

My personal wish list includes a few more decent resorts in SE Asia.
I was just coming here to put Rome and Madrid/Barcelona. I was excited to see the new one in Mallorca, but I'd prefer something more centrally located. Rome would be huge!

My three (that aren't already listed):
1. Portland, OR - Hyatt Regency in the city
2. Reykjavik - Andaz (?)
3. Aukland, NZ - Regency or Grand
Reykjavik would be a great option to have! ^

I agree with some of the previous post that a Hyatt option near SEA is much needed!

Hopefully the HR being built in Renton will offer an airport shuttle...it looks like it's going to be about 9 miles away.

Nice! I somehow forgot about this.

I'll also add Ann Arbor, MI as in dire need of a HP/HH.

Rome
Florence
And please, more legitimate beachfront properties. I feel like most of the beach resorts they have aren't actually on the beach.
