Checking Lifetime Diamond Status
Just received my monthly email from Hyatt with my account summary and special offers. I always looked forward to this email because it was the one place where I could check my progress towards Lifetime Diamond status. However, the new email does not include this data point. Is there another way to check this online? Thank you.

To my knowledge, the only other way is to call up customer services and they can check that for you. or wait till you get a "real" account summary. Mine does not provide information on my January stays yet... so I guess you'll see the information on your next summary.

Hmmm.... I guess something changed with the new system. Unless they change it back, you'll have to call.

It also shows total program points which means that I get about twice as many non-base points as base points...

Basically lifetime Diamond status costs $200,000 in real spending.

If the question is reaching a million points for lifetime Diamond, then the relevant total is "Lifetime Base Points" and not "Lifetime Total Points" which includes bonuses, promotions, credit cards, etc. and non-base points are not counted toward the lifetime million.

How is that possible? Do you have a total points/base points ratio of 100 to 1?
