HGP Error shows points value
Hi all,
I noticed a change in my reservation for a hotel on points I had.
Before the system "update", the reservation showed a night rate of $1.00 per night.
After the "update" it shows $303.03 per night. I called because it was strange and I wanted to make sure they didnt charge me money for my point stay.
After several minutes on hold a supervisor told me that the system was by error giving me the value that the hotel was receiving as compensation for my stay on points.
FYI it was 25,000 points per night.
Have you guys seem that?
