But I'd try Andaz when it comes. Construction quality has improved in China in last 8 years and it'll be a few years before things start falling apart.
Generally Hyatts in China are awesome. This experience hasn't been good but I can write off property completely.. If I didn't have so many hardware issues I wouldn't be so tired and thus grumpy

Any 23-24 update on PH
In China terms, the Park Hyatt is old at about 8 years. It still is beautiful. The beach really is stunning. I'd still consider coming back here as senior mgt is trying (I've known the GM from an Alila property she ran before) and it is beautiful when things aren't falling apart. This isn't a PH Istanbul where I wouldn't go even if you paid me.
