I crashed the reservation system
twice today....
Called in to make a fairly complicated booking this morning. Half way through, and right after they put in my GP number the entire reservation system crashes.
Called back and it was still down.
I just called again, and asked the rep if it had come back yet, and he said it was working beautifully for the last 2 hours.
Then he input my GP#.
It crashed again. The rep said that until he put in my number it was working just fine.
To anyone trying to make reservations today, please accept my apologies

SUCCESS.... It's up again and I made my reservations.
Unfortunately, in the time I was waiting to try to talk to someone, the rates went up $20 a night
No one would believe me they were lower.
So the system crashing has now cost me about $140 + taxes
Not only did it take me all day to make them, but I got the shaft in the process.
