I crashed the reservation system
 

twice today....

Called in to make a fairly complicated booking this morning. Half way through, and right after they put in my GP number the entire reservation system crashes.

Called back and it was still down.

I just called again, and asked the rep if it had come back yet, and he said it was working beautifully for the last 2 hours.

Then he input my GP#.

It crashed again. The rep said that until he put in my number it was working just fine.

To anyone trying to make reservations today, please accept my apologies :)

GP Concierge, could you please suspend/delete OP's account so can make a reservation? :D

SUCCESS.... It's up again and I made my reservations.

Unfortunately, in the time I was waiting to try to talk to someone, the rates went up $20 a night :( :( :( No one would believe me they were lower.

So the system crashing has now cost me about $140 + taxes :mad:

Not only did it take me all day to make them, but I got the shaft in the process.
