Where do I request missing stays on the new Website?

Where do I request missing stays on the new Website?

I searched and couldn't find an answer...anyone help me out?

1. Log into your GP Account.
2. Go to Email GP

Say you are missing the stay credit for what hotel ,checkin/checkout dates, and bonus codes if any. GP will get back to you in a day. It works 100% for me.

Great, thanks. I guess they don't have the drop down menu like they used to.

Actually, they do. But I found the email works so much better.

I don't bother with the form anymore. I just email them directly at [email protected], and have always gotten a response.

I was just going to post the same thing. Email works fine.

If you are looking for the past request credit form, there's a link under your account details. However, since it only lets you request one bonus for a given stay (I raised that with Bill from eCommerce in the website sticky thread already), I don't use it anymore since I would have to send a follow-up email anyway.

That's my preferred method as well. The missing stay form requires you wait 72 hours after the stay while emailing gets the points much quicker.

how long does it takes to have the hotel post the stays? I stayed at the GH Cairo 10 days ago and still nothing in my account. Same thing with the PH Vendome last friday night.

I'd go ahead and send an email, or call them. It should have posted by now.

The Past Stay Credit function of the website seems to be a waste of time. I recently did a Mattress Run and of the 8 stays I made only 2 posted correctly. 2 failed to show up as stays for some reason and the Diamond bonus and various G bonuses never posted on the others. And a 10,000 point bonus failed to post because of one of the non posted stays!

I have tried to submit stay requests but always get an error. This is a new thing as I had the same issue a few weeks ago with some other stays. Currently although I have 25 stays the system is only 23 so I want to get this sorted asap

For that many issues, I'd most definitely submit the request in one nicely structured and easy to understand email. List all the stays in tabular form and under them what has gone wrong.
