I have received three different rounds of "thank you for your recent stay" automated emails for stays I never made at the HP Milwaukee Airport. One also generated an automated survey request, which I filled out to excoriate the IT systems. A personal phone call to the manager of the property also had no effect; phantom stays occurred after that call.
Fortunately, the Hyatt credit card I used to have was cancelled quite a while ago. Unfortunately, each occurrence has sent me running to see if any other card I might have used at a Hyatt has been hacked. My account (when/if it can be accessed) shows some of these phantom stays, but with no stay credit and no points - even a folio can be downloaded with my name (but zero balance). Hyatt's lost me as a customer from all this. |

I have been trying to reserve my free nights since I got my credit card with them and it never shows a reserve button. This is a joke.
