expedia $10 off WELCOMEBACK03

Found this one online somewhere... coupon rules say it's expired, but it still seems to work (I went through with a booking up to the payment page). Hope it still works.

Why does anyone use Expedia when you can't get points by going through them?

to book a hotel that doesn't give points, or whose points one doesn't care about? or if the discount makes up for the lack of points...?

Well put - but watch out for the Flyertalk Inquisitor: all 3 of the above statements constitute the worst form of blasphemy

Because, when with a coupon, you can book a room for 2 nights for a total of $7.50, to me, the points aren't worth the $114 it would cost going through the hotel's site.

Entered the code:
"This purchase does not meet the specific date restrictions of the selected coupon. For more information, please refer to the coupon rules."

Clicked on rules:
"The promo you're looking for has expired.
We apologize for any inconvenience."

Does it still work?

Exactly. Like their $50 off per night coupon a few weeks back. Saving $50 per night is generally better than any amount of points the hotels offer.

The room needs to be a min price streshold. Can't book a $25 room and apply the coupon.
