I used the same card twice now and received the refund both times but I used different accounts. What I have read on other forums the key is using different accounts. Same card seems okay but to be safe use different cards also.

Fwiw, this promo is getting out of hand so I wouldn't put my money on booking.com honoring the cashback if you use a the same cc and there's still a long time to go before your stay.

The 75 euros have disappeared from my rewards section for an upcoming stay. Have emailed them asking what happened. Anyone else having the same problem.

I think everyone. + now you can not be sure if you get it or not and even booking.com can't tell you that also. Read more posts about that here. Now it is lottery.

I have booked through the 75€ "rebate" a few weeks ago (and the cash back was confirmed in the email at booking time), and I have stayed last week end. However I have not received any email or confirmation yet that the 75€ will be paid back to me and I can't find anything on my booking.com profile...

$25 one credited to me after received email and added card to account.
$75 one credited 1 week after checking out of st.regis sin, no notification. And here i was waiting for the credit.

I received an email about one week after check-out, saying I would receive the 75€ shortly, and the 75€ were sent to my account a few days after.
