Banking- Citigold HK
Heyya- does any of you use the Citigold account in HK and has lower than the 1M limit? I applied to this account just for the benefits and the miles. Now that there isnt much incentive to keep the account over 1M they have actually started charging me the service charge. Does anyone call them in and "force" them to waive the charge despite not having enough in the account?
Gonna cancel it all together if they are charging me silly amounts!
