How many are there in HK? Any web site to find all of them even outside of HK?

Itamae Sushi is a HK chain, not a Japanese one. They opened one in Japan recently, kind of some "reverse homecoming." There are over 2,000 sushi restaurants in Tokyo. Itamae Sushi doesn't even rank in the top 1,000 places. Thank you for playing.

they are cheap, they are ok (yet some had sanitary issues in hong kong), and they give you the occasional sushi fix. yet you can find better around... even for the price.

There's an article on this weekend's WSJ (Sat/Sun) about its bidding of the "first catch" blue fin.

I'd pay to to see the French reaction to the opening of an "Au Bon Pain" on the Champs-Élysées.

seen the shops around but never tried it. Never will. Plenty of authentic Japanese owned, Japanese cheffed sushi restaurants around here.

The bloke got famous for bidding HK$45 man for a blue fin at the Tokyo fish market. Last month he bid HK$88 for another which was half the size of his last one. That went for HK$100 for a piece. Not a bad publicity stunt.

No, but I can translate if you want. Which area are you looking at? Or you need them all?
