There used to be a smoking room before immigration - the only one I've ever come across at any airport worldwide. I quit 2 years ago, and so haven't noticed if it's still there since, but if either one of you is a smoker (or can tolerate the smoke - its very well ventilated) you could meet up there.
So no cigars until I hit town...
