It's the North Satellite Concourse being built for small planes. A quick Google shows completion within 2009.

Thanks. The information in the links indicates that planes parking at the ten new contact gates on the North Satellite Concourse will be Code C aircraft serving primarily mainland and thin regional routes. I take it this means aircraft such as 737s and A320s or smaller.
