If I was there I would ask. it's a blue duck/bear that says 100th anniversary/birthday. it's also a new style bear for HK, kind of like the ones they give out in Macau.

I'm staying in this property right now and I called them from room phone but they have no idea what I am talking about. Should I try to call again or should I just ask those in the front desk?

Some properties only provide them to Diamond members. Never mind what is supposed to happen, that is what reality is today.

I really like this sheep.... I asked, they have no idea what I am talking about. But they gave me the bear, which I really appreciate it! But still prefer the sheep..

I asked again about the sheep, but was told it's no longer available... they are happy to give out the bear.

stayed at Conrad Istanbul, asked about bear at check-in was told they ran out. I wasn’t convinced, asked as well at lounge, got the same answer.

Guess will have to go there in the future again to get one.
