I have a couple of days layover in Guam. Does the local Hilton operate to U.S. or International standard? Complimentary breakfast and lounge access for Diamond?

It has a very nice breakfast buffet, they didn’t charge me, so I think the international standard.

Any updates of refurbishment or do I have to stay there and learn myself? Also, is Ypao road still closed?

Any updates on refurbishment or DM benefits? Any recommendations on rooms to ask for if upgraded? Is Tasi or Premier tower better? Main rooms aren't even listed as available right now, just Tasi/Premier.
