Looking for an old Doubletree tread
A few years back there was a long tread with links to a website set up to describe a very rude and inconsiderate receptionist at a Doubletree hotel.
Many of you will remember this site and I am wondering if it still "alive" If so, I will appreciate it if anyone can post the name of the website and possible also the link to the Flyertalk tread.
I am now working part time in the hospitality business and will like to shos this to colleagues who are not good at customer service.
Thank you very much.

I don't believe that any of the links to the powerpoint presentation are still active.
Here is the last thread I know of:

Here were some of the others:

The original, unsanitized, unexpurgated and full-length You Have a Very Bad Hotel is currently viewable (I recommend you download it fast - as HH / 2Tree have "asked" those who put this up to remove it, as do the authors. The hotel in question no longer exists in its former guise.)

Go to www.customerzone.org and click on "The Hotel PowerPoint."
