Hilton Newark Penn Station.

I don't know how this is a full service Hilton, it would be an acceptable mid-level Choice property I think. Not only is it old and feels it with slow elevators, bad lighting, worn, too small rooms etc. but they have some awful staff. My last stay here I arrived at 1:15 AM with a reservation for two twin beds. My friend and I checked in and got to the room to find one bed, nice of them to mention this. We came back down and were told we could get a rollaway bed or they'd "clean" a room with two beds which would take "a few minutes".

It took over 30 minutes while I watched the front desk agent literally scream when people pressed the buzzer at the entrance (doors are locked after 11 PM) and refuse to sell people items from the 24 hour snack shop. When I told the manager this the next day, she offered me a free breakfast...to an HHonors Gold who already had received that benefit
