Surprised it hasn't really been mentioned here! Valid through to March, I assume any date rate qualifies?

Why so, and now I’m wondering myself how to identify those ‘participating, properties?

My guess is that he is in the same position as I. Can't get to NA and UK. While I could go to most of europe 6 weeks ago UK has been more or less off limits. If I could use it on a continental europe Hilton then I would have taken advantage of it.

I could go there in theory but have no desire to visit that s-show at the moment. I'm fine here in Asia where life is good.

Yes, but only if the lounge is open. Currently, at many hotels with lounges, the lounge is closed due to either Covid restrictions or the Covid downturn in travel making it non-economical for the hotel to operate a lounge. So if it's the lounge is important to you, check with each hotel as to whether their lounge is open, before you commit to staying there.
