Anyone happen to know what the promos are for the Conrad St. James for June/July? I haven’t been able to find anything online for deals past 3/31/24. TIA!

I use classictravel.com since they let you do it online and you don't need to deal with a real person

FYI on the Marriott site you can access rates for STARS and Luminous by using the rate codes S72 and L72 respectively.

So technically - hotels can cancel that if you don't have a valid IATA/ TA code attached to it.
This is so non STARS agents cannot book their clients into it. So an empty one kind of looks bad and is at risk of being denied benefits. YMMV.

And this is why we developed our Booking Engine - feedback is that it's a bit easier than Classic but you guys be the judge.

There is a new Impresario variant, similar to the Hilton Honors Discount Semi Flex rate. All Impresario benefits apply, but the rate is lower and the flexibility is more restricted (up to 3 days before arrival).

For the stay 3 pay 2 promotions only the Flexible Rate is applicable.

Does it make sense or is it within the rules to add a wiki for impresario agent or online systems experience? :-) I'm trying to use for the first time and feel like I'm missing out on the FT wisdom. I just emailed one to see what they say about an upcoming trip. And if such a list exists please direct me!

first time user of Impresario. Just stayed at the Conrad Los Angeles and had a great stay. Impresario and various credits were not discussed with my wife at check in, so I went back down when I arrived. Two points... The "full breakfast" is a daily $30 pp credit (vs an entre and coffee or some such). Also, at check out the desk told me the Impresario $100 credit had to be used all at once, but another person at the desk told me it could be used in portions just as a credit or series of credits across the stay. So, even they are confused by it and how things stack, exacerbated by what looked to me like him manually applying the various credits by eyeballing our bill and typing in credits vs the system doing it.

(The short version is that because of this -- not the right thread for detailing it -- he didn't apply one of our Diamond $50 F&B credits, so rather than argue we just went and had a drink to burn it before leaving.)
